This page explains how to delete your Terpadi account and its data.

Delete in the app

1. Open the Terpadi app (Android/iOS) or terpadi.com/app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Edit profile.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Type your username to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out on every device.

Can't sign in?

Email [email protected] with the subject Delete Terpadi account, from the email address on your account, and include your username. We verify you own the account and process the request within 7 business days.

Data that is deleted

• Profile: name, username, email, phone number, photo, date of birth and gender.
• Posts, videos, photos, comments and event participation.
• Messages, call history and friends list.
• Location history and your position on the Area map.
• Terpadi AI conversations, push tokens and active plans.

Data that is kept

Payment transaction records (order number, plan, amount and date) are kept for as long as Indonesian tax law requires, then deleted. Everything else is deleted or anonymised within 30 days of deletion, backups included.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. See also the Privacy Policy.
