Child Safety Standards

Terpadi has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This page sets out our standards, how to report, and what we do about it.

Our standards

The following are strictly prohibited on Terpadi:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, video, text or AI-generated content.
• Grooming: approaching, enticing or manipulating a child for sexual purposes.
• Sextortion, child trafficking, or arranging to meet a child for sexual purposes.
• Content that sexualises children, or that promotes, requests or links to such content.
• Using the Area location feature, messages or calls to track, stalk or contact a child with intent to harm.

Terpadi is for users aged 18 and over. Accounts belonging to anyone under that age are deleted.

How to report

• Email: send your report to [email protected] with the subject Child Safety Report. Include the username, a link to or screenshot of the content, and when it happened if known. Do not download or forward CSAM itself.
• In the app: open the user's profile and tap Block to stop contact immediately, then report by email as above.
• Emergencies: if a child is in immediate danger, call the police on 110 or Indonesia's SAPA 129 child-protection line on 129 / WhatsApp 08111-129-129.

What we do

• Child-safety reports are reviewed as our top priority, within 24 hours at most.
• Violating content is removed immediately and the accounts involved are permanently closed.
• We report confirmed CSAM to Indonesian law enforcement and relevant authorities as the law requires, and preserve the evidence needed for investigation.
• We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

Legal compliance

We comply with Indonesian child-protection law, including Law No. 35 of 2014 on Child Protection, Law No. 44 of 2008 on Pornography and the ITE Law, and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
