Anyone, with or without a Terpadi account, can ask us to remove content from Terpadi. This page explains how.

Have an account? The fastest way is in the app:

1. Tap Report on a post, a profile or a chat.
2. Choose a reason. For urgent cases, choose Intimate image shared without consent or Child safety. We review these first.

Intimate images shared without consent

Under the US TAKE IT DOWN Act and Indonesian law, anyone shown in an intimate photo or video (including one made or altered with AI), or someone authorised to act for them, can ask us to remove it. You don't need a Terpadi account.

Email [email protected] with the subject Intimate image removal. A valid request includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature. Typing your full name counts.
2. The link(s) to the content, or enough information for us to find it on Terpadi (for example, the uploader's username and when it was posted).
3. A brief statement that you believe in good faith the image was published without the consent of the person shown.
4. Your contact information, such as an email address or phone number.

We remove the content, and any identical copies we know of, within 48 hours of receiving a valid request, and tell you when it's done.

Child sexual abuse material or a child at risk

Report it in the app (choose Child safety) or email [email protected] with the subject Child Safety Report. Don't download, save or forward the material itself. Our Child Safety Standards explain what we do.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police right away (in Indonesia, call 110).

Other illegal content

This includes notices under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). Email [email protected] with:

• The exact location of the content (a link).
• Why you believe it is illegal.
• Your name and email address (optional for reports of child sexual abuse material).
• A statement that you believe in good faith that your notice is accurate and complete.

Then:

• We confirm we have received your notice.
• We decide without undue delay.
• We tell you our decision and how to contest it.
